The award will be given to the best young talent in ICA with the following minimum qualifications
a. Individual should be a postgraduate in Anaesthesiology (MD/DNB or equivalent), below 45 years of age and should possess minimum 15 years of experience after post-graduation.
b. Should be a member of Indian College of Anaesthesiologists for at least 2 years on the date of presenting the application
c. Individual should have exceptional credentials, in publication and academic contributions to the specialty
d. Individual should be involved in socio medical activities
e. Should have participated in 2 ICA educational events in the past 5 years either as attendee or faculty.
